Our planned maintenance contracts are geared to ensuring that your air conditioning equipment is always running at maximum efficiency. A typical contract is based upon two six monthly visits per annum where key data is recorded, and the refrigerant log maintained. Quotes for repairs will always be provided prior to carrying out any work.
To maintain the manufacturer’s extended parts warranty, the equipment must be covered by a maintenance contract which can be taken out at point of order.
As approved Mitsubishi and Daikin installers, we can offer extended 5 & 7 year parts and 12 month labour warranty on all new equipment that we install.
All other manufacturers carry a 3 year parts and 12 labour warranty which will commence from date of delivery subject to a maintenance contract being in place following installation.
All extended warranties are for parts only and exclude condensate pumps and installation materials which have a standard 12 month parts and labour warranty.
We are approved F-Gas engineers. By law, obligations apply to operators of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment containing 3kg or more of F-gases and states that records must be regularly maintained. As part of our standard maintenance contract, we will maintain F-gas record sheets on your behalf ensuring that your company is fully compliant with this regulation.
Without a maintenance contract in place a standard manufacturers’ 12 months parts and labour warranty will apply.
